How can i purchase a RIIZ VAULT timepiece?
We do not operate as a standard webshop. Access to our allocations is restricted. To request a timepiece, you must click the -Request Allocation - button under your preferred model and submit your request via e-mail. If an allocation is available, the founder will personally guide you through the secure acquisition process.

What is the price of the batch 01 timepieces?
Each timepiece in our exclusive Batch 01 allocation is priced at 449 EUR (including secure, fully insured international shipping).

How limited are the allocations?
Every specimen is strictly limited to an individual batch of 25 numbered pieces worldwide. Once a specimen is fully allocated, it will never be reproduced.

What is the delivery time?
Because every order is treated with personal care, shipping takes 2 to 5 business days after your allocation is officially granted and secured. You will receive a personal tracking code to follow your vault shipment.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Insured World Delivery
All RIIZ VAULT timepieces are dispatched from our secure facilities using premium, fully insured priority shipping courier services. Because your allocation is unique, every package requires a signature upon delivery. Shipping is entirely complimentary and included in your allocation price.

Return Policy
At RIIZ VAULT, we stand behind the uncompromising quality of our timepieces. If you wish to return your timepiece, you have a 14-day inspection period from the day of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, the timepiece must be returned in its absolute original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all protective seals intact, and including the original box, hologram tags, and your official Warranty Card.
